Qualification Summary

This position is being filled using the Direct Hiring Authority (DHA) for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD. Based on the provisions outlined in the DHA authority, you will be converted to a new appointment. Applicants to this announcement referred for consideration to selecting officials, may be asked to complete pre-employment assessments. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-02). Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Assisting in project and programs related to ammunition production/manufacturing functions 2) Conducting performance monitoring, maintenance, and sustainment support for assigned projects/programs, and 3) Establishing Statements of Work for major support contracts.
